We’re looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to find & sell to new customers.
Our ideal candidate has experience in sales, is tenacious and a go-getter focused on helping businesses succeed. A deep interest or background in digital marketing/IT/Software/Advertising Agency is a must. At 2Stallions, we're about the long term. We want whomever we hire to grow towards a Inside Sales Manager or Business Development Manager and mentor new, incoming Inside Sales Representatives.
Job Responsibilities:
· Initiate & develop new business in SG/Malaysia via cold calling
· Locate and build out accounts in your set target market through use of various data sources
· Generate new business through outbound prospecting efforts as well as following up on marketing generated leads
· Initiate, plan, execute verticals to focus on in SG/MY
· Obtain additional prospect company information via websites/LinkedIn and other methods
· Work with Marketing Director and Sales Director in specific territories to help build their pipelines and develop your sales skills
· Entering / maintaining accurate information in Infusionsoft CRM / Marketing & Sales Automation
· Able to handle marketing automation for prospects/leads up to actual clients
· Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
· Maintain visibility into your activities through proper reporting and work in a team environment to help improve the company’s overall success in sales
· Motivation, Drive and self starting attitude
· Working with sales team when closing sale
· Be driven to meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly KPIs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
· 3+ years of full time pre sales experience (software sales or digital marketing is must)
· Prior sales prospecting experience (cold calling & LinkedIn sales navigator)
· Prior Digital or Advertising agency experience is highly appreciated
· Experience of working in, or selling to marketing departments
· Ability to work in a fast paced, international team environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
