2Stallions is seeking a Performance Strategist to join our Singapore office. You understand natively the power of a data-driven and iterative approach to performance marketing advertising. You possess experience manipulating data, surfacing actionable insights and weaving compelling stories from them. You’re an analytic thinker with an eye for detail. You’re ahead of the latest innovations in technology and exploratory in approach.
In this role you will be responsible for positioning, articulating and communicating our value proposition to brands and businesses that need enhanced engagement with their consumers on digital platforms. With a set of performance targets in mind, you will inspire new and repeat business opportunities by developing a good understanding of client business requirements and how they translate into value that we can deliver.
You excel in paid media but have a solid strategic understanding of the entire digital ecosystem, driving business success across Performance Media channels, including paid search & paid social, SEO, content marketing solutions and eCommerce.
You love the impact that technology has on how we can connect audiences with ideas and you have a drive for creating useful, usable and awesome things.
You should be able to quickly learn and take ownership of problems and solutions – addressing the creative, marketing and technical requirements of projects.
You can work with a network of team members, clients, and collaboraters in Singapore and around APAC.
What have you started in your spare time or in prior work? Where, when and why have you failed? The more stories, the better.

You should have at least 2 years within Performance Marketing with examples of planning and achieving performance related targets. Aside from knowledge of paid search tools, you will have strong analytical skills and a proven understanding around how technological change is evolving the digital marketing landscape.
You are also experienced with Google and/or Adobe Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Conversion Optimisation, & Social.
