About the job (FTE 0.4-0.6)
Being a sole contributor, you will be a key HR Advisor and be responsible to lead all HR activities and instilling a strong culture to attract and retain talents.
Duties will include but not limited to:
• Business partnering with the senior leadership team to deliver HR solutions
• Performance management - establishing and setting KPIs, coaching and developing employees etc
• Compensation and benefits - benchmarking across the industry to ensure competitive remuneration packages, designing and implementing new compensation frameworks and structures etc
• Working with internal stakeholders to implement and deliver sourcing strategies
• Talent management - ensuring key career development frameworks and plans are in place, implementing HIPO strategies etc
• HR Advisory - providing day-to-day support on HR matters to the South East Asia’s offices
Skills and experience required
If you are someone who is excited to work in fast-paced agency environments, someone who delights in growing and developing HR functions from scratch, seeing your ideas to fruition and someone who is comfortable dealing with change and ambiguity, this might be the role for you.
The ideal candidate will:
• have a Bachelor Degree, preferably in HR or other related fields
• have at least 5 years of relevant HR experience
• experience working in start-ups or setting up HR functions
• experience in reviewing, design & implementing HR frameworks and policies
• preferably prior work experience in Singapore or Asia
