About the job (FTE 0.3-0.4)
Being a sole contributor, you will be a key Financial Advisor and be responsible to lead all Finance activities and instilling a strong Business Driven Culture
Duties will include but not limited to:
· Oversees & execute the company's financial operations and reporting, as well as conducts administrative tasks such as communicating with clients and engaging in personnel decisions.
· Exercise administrative control over many aspects of the financial operation of a business, including budgeting, payroll and business planning.
· Ensure that records across financial departments are accurate.
· Oversees & execute the company's financial reporting mechanisms, managing the financials to ensure that official monthly (Balance sheet, Income statement and cashflow report) and annual financial statements comply generally accepted accounting principles.
· Oversee & Executive accounts and cash flow, administer internal audits, and cooperate with external auditors (if needed).
· Helping to ensure that the human resource department operates in line with standards and regulations, and communicating with vendors and consultants as required.
· Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs
· Analyze market trends to find opportunities for expansion
· Help management make financial decisions
· Do account/GL assignment for Xero entries with regards to bank modules
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
· Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are preferred
· Proven Start up or SME finance record
· Min 4 years of relevant work experience
