Creative Lead
2Stallions is on the lookout for a Lead Creative Strategist to join our Singapore office.
We deliver complete strategic creative digital solutions for world's leading brands, creating user-centric & multi-channel campaigns. Some of the brands we’re working with are: AXA, BASF, Bosch, CNN, InterContinental, Red Bull, Stanley Black & Decker, - and some of the hottest new startups too.
The position is a fast paced, multi-faceted role that focuses on conceptualizing visual ideas and content & leading amazing design creation that is functional. You would partner with clients for their campaigns and bringing them to life by directing our fantastic design team.

Responsibilities
- Working directly with clients to execute on a multitude of different design briefs within a fast-paced environment
- Translating client requirements into design briefs
- Crafting creative strategy for our clients to ensure our deliverables consistently meet their objectives within stipulated timeframes
- Co-ordinating and managing client briefs, expectations and managing the output from our design team
- Liaising with our technical projects team for websites and applications development to ensure functional and implementation feasibility of designs that are effective at achieving business goals
- Liaising with our performance & digital marketing team to develop effective designs aligned with the overall strategic direction of social media and advertising campaigns
- Overseeing & leading the ‘beautification’ of client websites, videos, eDMs & social media, working hand-in-hand with the rest of our design team
- Being a subject matter expert for functional creativity when it comes to websites, social media, eDMs & videos
- Stay cutting-edge with web design trends and tools to achieve high levels of efficiency, quality and delivery
- Contribute regular content to the 2Stallions blog on UX Design/UI design based on research, experience, and relevant design news
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4-6 years UX & Web/Mobile app design experience
- Strong portfolio to accompany resume
- Agency experience in a design role for at least 2 years
- Experience working with/for MNC companies preferred
- Strong problem-solving, creative and communication skills
- Able to work with minimal direction in a constantly evolving fast-paced environment
- Able to work harmoniously in small, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- A social native - whether it’s Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn - experience with social is a must
- Able to run ideation, concept and usability testing workshops for potential clients
- Experience in the application of user-centred philosophies and interaction design best practices
- Demonstrable ability for high quality output focused on offering the best value to clients within time and technical constraints
- Able to articulate design decisions that drive end-user needs while achieving clients’ business goals
- Able to lead and manage a team – to allocate resources, maintain timelines and stay within budget
- Able to rapidly prototype and on iterate designs
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in design & visual communications and/or digital design
- Strong understanding and involvement of the latest web design techniques & visual marketing
- Must possess a strong Visual Design/Layout/Typography skill set
- Must possess mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and InvisionApp
- Must have a good understanding of how HTML, CSS & JS works
- Must have some experience with Content Management Systems like WordPress
- Excellent professional written and verbal English communication skills
